A refund was issued after I complained and said that I wrote a review on this website. Now I'm keeping my word to the company and updating the review.

I purchased WiseStamp with a monthly billing plan. Their website says they have a 14 day no questions asked refund policy. I decided to cancel through their website 20 minutes later. Even after cancelling and sending 2 emails, my credit card was charged the annual fee. My emails requesting cancellation have been ignored.
