Totally disappointed about the money transfer system

I create a wise account and try to send 100 aud to sri lanka two week ago,but it not untill last saturday ,then i cancelled my account and send that money again to my bank account ,but still its not arrived. What is this system and how can we talk to the customer care,??? Even i cant ask a help if i send email,they take 4 days to reply
