My reservation at Dollar Rental in Norfolk, Va airport on Thurs., Nov. 2, 2023 at 3:00 (thru Wisecars) was not fulfilled due to fleet failure and would not have any cars until Fri., Nov.

3. I was at their counter before 3:00 and yet they say I was a "no show". (I had a Wisecars representative speak with the Dollar Manager at the time of the announcement so I ASSUMED that would be proof of my claim!

) I am asking for my money back and have been since Nov. and can't understand why this has become so difficult!
