Horribly irresponsible
- - The property management company is terrible and gets zero stars.
- - Mold is everywhere, costing thousands and causing three months without a home.
Homeless! Zero stars for a terrible property management company!
Avoid at all costs, do not own or occupy a property managed by this company! You will be very sorry. Mold everywhere!
It cost us thousands, three months and we are still homeless for the holidays! The property manager we had to deal with is less than useless.

Terrible service
- - No one answers the phone or calls back.
- - Hard to reach accounting or management.
- - They charge late fees and withhold account information.
No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. You cant get through to accounting to management or even to your property manager.
They like to charge lots of late fees.
Then they even try to give you a hard time about getting information about accounts, even though youre making payments from that email. Absolutely horrible service.

- - Drywall has been replaced twice due to unresolved plumbing; the leak remains.
Attempted to contact MANGER, KY MARTIN IN Tampa, FL since March of 2022 about a serious leak from upstairs neighbor. The neighbor has caused the drywall in my condo to be replaced twice due to AN unresolved plumbing issue.
There is still a leak and the property manger hasn't bothered to return a phone call, email or deal with the problem!!! This is an appalling and completely negligent company~ DO NOT BUY CONDOS or BUISNESSES operated by this company~~ Buyers, owners, and renters BEWARE!!!
