I had a confirmed appointment today with Prielle at 3 PM. I rescheduled my time to make sure I was able to attend this meeting and sat and waited for 20 minutes with no one responding to my Zoom Google Meet appointment.
I find this to be very unprofessional that someone couldn't have reached out to me to let me know that something has changed. I have been very disappointed with Wise Pelican's service from the beginning. I would really like a manager or somebody to call me back to explain what is going on.
I'm trying to get my campaign going, and this has been lagging, to say the least, and now another day has gone by to get things straightened out so I can try to use my hard-earned money to get things going. Sincerely, Tina Mervolion
