Resolved: Assistance for repair to water pump
- - Sept 2024 repair lasted 5 months.
- - Calls were not returned until I posted a review.
- - Southampton engineer said Sept job unfinished.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Wrote to executives got a email saying that they would fix it with no fee. Coming next Wednesday
Initially had problems contacting them. Never returning calls until I put a bad review on, then they did and asked me to remove it when the work was done! This repair only lasted 5 months! Had trouble calling them again, got some reply after asking what was wrong, then nothing.
I sent various messages to them. They then rang my husband and said that they didn’t really know what was wrong as the lady who was corresponding with us had gone on maternity leave! They then arranged for an engineer to come all the way from Southampton who was very informative to tell us that the September job was incomplete as the system should have been flushed out first and as it wasn’t, it continued to freeze and completely break down. Want £380 for that visit and have quoted £500 to have it repaired!
Only had it for 5 years, cost over £5000.
Not a good deal considering we are over 70 years old. Not good service at all.

Scammers!
- - Caller used a fake assessor name, David, with a COVID excuse.
- - James, sales rep, stayed for hours and refused to leave.
- - We canceled the next day.
They called up with a fake assessor name (David) which I didn't realise was fake until they gave a school child covid positive result excuse, and I googled, and there was none in the area, they then proceeded to send a sales rep called "james" that stayed in the property for hours and he tried everything but flat out refusing to leave, we signed the papers to get him to leave and then cancelled the next day, never use this company, they will try to take your heard earned money at any cost!!
