To advise the general public to never ever use safely you go to assurance wireless. I have been given false promises since June 24th of getting a replacement device so I lost my account I was charged on my Visa $15 for no reason I can't get it back I can't dispute it I am so disappointed and my hands are tied again don't you safely whatever you do

They sent me total junk. Then the have replaced it with another wireless speaker that did not work either. After I've returned them defective merchandise they simply refused to compensate me for return expenses. It is not worth it to try their discounted merchandise and then go back and forth with them for weeks and then end up loosing money to these crooks. I don't know why this website asking me to have 100 words minimum to submit this review ? like I have nothing else to do but writing this nonsense at the end just to qualify to the minimum requirement of 100 words to be able to submit. The End.

I had a great experience and I would buy from Wireless OEM again! I was worried after reading other reviews.

At first I was worried because I did not realize that I had purchased a used product before reading the reviews on this site, but for the price you could not beat it. I bought Wireless BEATS headphones. I did receive my "Bulk Package" of Wireless Solo2 Beat Headphones. I had a slight issue with plugging the wired part in.

Music only played from one side of the headphone. The wireless feature worked perfectly. I emailed Wireless OEM and received a response within 24 hours. This issue was resolved in a timely matter and I am completely satisfied.

I will buy more products from them in the future. Josephine

I ordered a beats headset. money was taken but still no beats. we ordered them 12-26-17. I called the number on the site and got a recording I could hardly understand that told be to send an email. I have tried to contact them thru their customer service e-mail but get absolutely no response. the headset was a Christmas present my grandson paid for with his Christmas money. I am so upset with them. at least a response from them would be nice (unless they are just a rip off place) I don't k know what to do about them or how to get the money back.

How nice my item was set for delivery Nov 3rd! I was told I would have it no later than Nov 1St!

Than item arrives and is not a new in package item like I would assume I was ordering since nothing indicated anything else. Instead I receive either a used one or reconditioned one. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB , FTC, and the states Attorney General today just so you are aware. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare!

Paid extra for quick shipping, was lied to when it shipped, and when it would arrive than got junk, not what I paid for. I ordered a new product and got a baggy with used stuff or reconditioned.

You have said in a email to me twice 2 times you are sending

me a new lifeproof waterproof case for my galaxy s5 because mind came damaged it was broken in the shipping ,do I need two ship you back the damaged one my wife emailed you about this also this has been going on seen before Thanksgiving thanks 2 emails for me and1 from my wife please all I want is my case Ilove my case but all this other no reply is making me crazy.

I ORDERED TWO ITEMS THEY WERE DEFECTIVE I SENT THEM BACK , HE WOULD NOT CREDIT MY CARD IT HAS BEEN SIX MONTHS GOING ROUND WITH THIS. buyer beware do not purchase , it is a scam he will not refund you and wont respond , i dont understand why he has not been turned in and shut down . would someone please take action looks like every order is a problem with this company. for six months this guy told me lies ,hie merchandise is trash save yourself a lot of problems and dont purchase anything from this company, if i had time i would take this guy to court ! bad news

I would thinK 3 times before using these guys. They promised they'd send a replacement for my defective head as soon as they received tracking info for the one that is in the mail being returned. THEY LIED. IN OTHER WORDS, you cannot believe what they tell you. I even have it in writing. I had used them many times in the past. But I draw the line when someone straight out lies to me. do NOT use them. They trick you into believing them and when they get the money & product, the bail on you. Until they live up to their word, I'm done & will hit EVERY social media platform that I can find.

I returned a Bluetooth that I had because it stopped working within 30 days . I returned it for a refund or exchange and I never got contacted by them again. I tried calling them several times and it said the voicemail is full.

Defective, used LG Tone Infinum Headset

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I agree with others, it is probably out of someone's basement or garage. I too, read the reviews too late. I purchased a red LG Tone Infinum Headset. I was supposed to be new. When I got it, it was just in a zippered plastic bag. No instructions, nothing. Since my husband has one, I just followed the instructions from his. After charging the device overnight, I attempted to pair the bluetooth with my LG G2 phone, but it didn't work. When I turned it on, the power indicator light didn't illuminate. Nor did the voice notification that advising the status of the device work. It was dead! I sent an email to the company. When I saw that they had a yahoo email address I thought "Uh Oh." They sent an email that said: "Hi you have to power headphones on first and than hold talk button for ten seconds to put item in pairing mode" Well DUH! I advised that I had performed all necessary steps but the device just didn't work. They asked me to send the device back with a note advising it was defective and they would send a replacement. Well, when I received the replacement, it smelled like some cheap perfume. That was an indication that it wasn't new right off. Just for grins, I tried charging, etc. and the replacement (cause it certainly wasn't new) device didn't work! GRRRRRR. I send an email advising that I wanted my money back, no more replacements. They sent an email response asking if I wanted a replacement! What the...?! I told them no, I wanted my money back. I sent the device back and sent them an email with the tracking number. They advised me to let them know when the device showed delivered and they would refund my money! Well, that hasn't happened. They sent me another email asking for the tracking number. The tracking number was in the subject line of the previous 4 emails! I gave them the tracking number and also a screenshot showing that the device was delivered. So far, nothing. I did a dispute with PayPal. They assured me that I would receive my money back...I tried to resolve the matter with Wirelessoem shop, but they want to play games...

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE>SCAM!!! I ordered a new charging cord for my Galaxy S4 phone. I never received it. When I tried to use the USPS tracking number they gave me, the tracking site said NO RECORD of that number!! I E-mailed them from their site, about the situation. I still have had no reply and it said I would have an answer in 24 hours. That was several days ago. As a last resort, I called the phone # I saw on my order. It answers with a recording you can hardly understand, telling you to E-mail them if you have any questions. HA! After writing this complaint, I'm calling my bank to report the scam and contacting the NY BBB.

Buyer Beware

Product arrived refurbished with no packaging or instructions. I contacted WirelessOEM and inquired while simultaneously ordering another from Best Buy. I returned the item the same day that I received it. I tracked that they received it two days later. Fake customer service kept trying to send me a replacement, but I kept requesting a refund. Two weeks later no refund. The person who responds to the emails is so unprofessional. This is somebody' s garage business with little to no professional training. Do not buy from this place. You'll be better off ordering from Amazon, but Best Buy will price match there prices.

This must be a company out of a basement! I ordered a bluetooth on a Thursday Evening even doing priority mail! I waited. . . .and waited. No phone so emailed them and it showed the package was coming USPS, six days later I am still waiting! This company should be boycotted!! I have emailed, called wrote cried and they won't answer except with "it's almost there" What!?! DONT i repeat DONT order from these felons. They will take your cash and your item will come snail mail and you will not be pleased with the results. Can the government do anything about these people?!
