I AM SUEING WIRELESS 65!!

I have 3 attorneys in my family who are going to file a law suite against Craig and Wireless 65. If any one wants to add their experience, let me know! This is BS company!! I regret the day I even joined!!!!!! I can't believe he has the audacity to do what he does and treat people the way he does... little does he know, I've recorded every conversation I've had with him. He can't deny or lie about anything any more. All i've heard since joining is continuous lies and serious mental problems from Craig... he has major anger problems and this whole business seems like a mess!

Absolutely the worst company I've ever worked with! Craig definitely has issues and so does this loser company.

Terrible customer service! Craig has been rude and angry, until I was firm with him! SO DONE! His reps rarely call you back.

The only reason I was able to get Craig to answer a call or email me is because he knows one of my friends, who buy the way kindly "had a talk with Craig" about his poor manners and terrible business practices. There were several times where, without notice, I was not able to make a call call, service shut off! Which then led me to speak directly with Verizon. And because Craig held the security code on my phone number, the Verizon Rep could do nothing for me.

Thank God I got the scoop about Craig from my friend and we both cancelled our service with as soon as we had consistent problems with our service within several months time. Do NOT sign up with this awful company!

I'm on the same boat. This company is ran by a bunch of blood sucking as long as their getting paid and f the customers life up type of people.

Wireless 65 - Review in Telecommunications category from Vancouver, Washington

We signed up with wireless 65 and have had the exact same issues. I will add that it is impossible to move Craig into action. We have left texts, phone messages and email. Now his voice mailbox is full. I'm sure with other angry clients as well. I really need my number ported over and he is the only person that can do it. I'm guessing he is drowning in debt and has given up. I wish I could take legal action against the company but it leads back to him. Last time we did talk to Craig he said he no longer works for the business. When we call the business line...a woman is clicking away at a keyboard taking notes but...we have seen no action taken. Nightmare!!!

He has lied to you about not being in business. I just spoke with him the other day cause my service is cut off again and he told me that i should of received an email about reactivating it.

So he is still in business. I havent received the email though and havent heard back from him since yesterday

Wireless 65 SCAM

Claims to save "50%" off your Verizon, AT &T, T-Mobile, or Sprint bill. What you're NOT told is that you lose total control of your account. You are placed on a "Master Account" owned by Craig Owens and you CANNOT get off or make ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT unless he specifically allows it! So, if you're like me, and you don't like a TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE customer service experience, you are out of luck! It's a nightmare! This is NOT stated ANYWHERE in his "advertising". Also, Craig Owens specifically states that he will pay you "up to $250.00" toward your ETF's from your present carrier, and makes you sign and have notarized an agreement that he owns your phone - then he doesn't pay you for it - he basically STEALS your phone. BE CAREFUL OF THIS SCAM COMPANY - I have paperwork to back up all of my claims.

Same experience for me, but he talked me into an $8,000 "investment" in his company. I won in court and he has disappeared into the wind.

He is the worst type of crook ever. Stealing money, making false promises and then disappearing.

I couldn't agree more with you. The same happened to me, he is very unproffessional and thinks he owns the world.

He is also extremely rude and won't get your account back unless he pleases to. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
