I was booted off Wire Club for no apparent reason. I have contacted you a number of times and you haver neglected to respond. I expect to hear back from with an explanation on why I was rejected from your site.

I enjoy Wireclub and have found friends...
I enjoy Wireclub and have found friends there. I have participated in creating a Chat Room, I have bought credits to play games and have spent hours and hours chatting.
Yet, for some reason, I have been banned three different times! And for absolutely no reason. I've never had an argument in a chatroom or in private chats for that matter.
I have never violated any of their Rules of Service.
I want to get reinstated as soon as possible. And it would be helpful if I was informed why I was booted and what violation I committed to cause me to do so.

Still can not get into my hacked wireclub account

My account has been hacked. i had contacted a site that said they were associated with wireclub like this one, and it told me that my account had been hacked, and could get me back on my account, but it would cost me $$$!! I found your site and wanted to see if you could get me back on my Wireclub account. Someone there actually replied to my email with an answer, and with a Temp Password dAHO6aZt, but of course, when i tried to get back on my account that temp password DID NOT WORK!!
I even tried to use the O as a Cap Zero and the number 0 too to make sure. But i still could not get onto my account!! i can't get to one of these "online monitors" if I can't even get online! So Wireclube makes it impossible to contact them for help with a problem!!
The HACKERS seem to have NO PROBLEM getting on wireclub!. i just want to get back on my account!
why should i have this many problems trying to get back on my wireclub account, when i am been the one being hacked??? is there anyone or anywhere that can actually help me??
User's recommendation: ireclub do not want actually help any of their customers wrongly blocked out of their accounts because they have been hacked!! and it is almost impossible for a person to find anyone in "customer service" to help you! if you cant get online, then how can you get intouch with their online "modirators" but that is how it is set up so you have nowhere to turn to! the site is even worse than the hakers that hacked my account in the first place! Atleast the "Mods" dont care that someone might be a victium! i think this site wants fake and hakers!!
