Resolved: Unreliability of Service Transmission in UK
- - Channel 519 interruptions have lasted days over 6-8 weeks.
- - They want the cause: connection or transmission issue, and a prompt reply.
As a Sky tv customer who show your channel 519 in the UK you keep interrupting this news channel for 24 hours to several days over the last 6-8 weeks I have noticed this occurring 3-4 times recently for several days. What is the problem with your service is it some sort of connection problem technical transmission issues or something else please advise because as a news channel customer via Sky UK I dont have any other issues with other news channels.
This has been recent. I do enjoy your broadcasts especially Asian news as a British Asian with some superb presenters its a shame I have to complain about lack of service & interrupted broadcasts.
I now await an early prompt reply and what is being done to rectify this as Sky claim its not their fault.
