Doesn't work
I just bought this program. I am trying to rip a family video.
I've watched all the YouTube videos and it seems I'm doing everything right, but I only get 5 minutes of a 1 hour 55-minute video. Google answers suggest this is the trial version, but it is not.
What's going on. I need to get this fixed or I need a refund to get a program that works.

I bought a copy on 3/29/2021 with the code BR-VMEBJDZY-SAABWE. It's gone from the computer that broke, so now I'd like to know if there is a way I can get another code or perhaps purchase 3 permanent WinX Rippers for like 40 dollars for 3 computers. I'm Wayne, by the way.

Four different DVDs that I have will not rip; the copy guard stops them. I have sent you three different log files.
I still haven't received any answer yet. Why?
