Purchased a USB 3.0 expansion card for our PC. The product didn't work so we call technical support to assist to confirm a defective product or correct installation method.
The company's technical support was a voicemail indicating they would get back to you. I left my name and phone number for them to return my call.
I was skeptical, rightly so, three days later I still have not heard from their technical support department. Terrible service do not buy this company's productions if you need support for them it doesn't exist despite providing a phone number and menu option for it when you call.
