hello. I keep trying to talk to someone and I don't succeed. I send an email and get a reply that I'm on hold. On hold why. Very Good App on playstore for this Casino. However the site has chosen not to pay out on a Big win for me. (£1350) I emailed them 5 times before I recieved what looked like a stock response informing me that I had not verified my account with docs even though no one asked me for anything!!!!! Terrible Customer service that does not email me back or disapears from live chat EVERY TIME I TALK TO THEM! I expect much better from EU sites that have to adhere to UK gambling laws. compnay have to reach its customers faster to resolve issues. so that other customer can understand taht they are not alone to get their problems slove.

Winner casino ripped me off

The fact they email me with a great 1st deposit bonus of 200% when I signed up. I decide to actually use it but did I get my bonus NO! now they are using excuses that I deposited wrongly even though its my 1st go at this and it went in my sports account I'm new so how was I supposed to know I was wrong. I used all the right channels speaking to live support and emails but they still got my money and its the excuse to deny me that has me on this complaining or I wouldn't have bothered. And the fact I spent every penny in the casino doesn't matter.
