- - Ex-employee says Pam Everett is unfit to run and treats staff poorly.
- - The owner fired a disabled person, violated HIPAA, and underpaid wages.
So I was a former employee at the Once Upon A Child off of 83rd and Bell in Peoria Arizona. The owner , pam Everett has absolutely no ethic, is rude, lies to employees and is not fit to be running a store.
She has talked poorly about her employees behind their backs as well as spread false information about employees to others, she fired someone with a disability knowing that they had this disability when they were hired, exposed their personal info and violated Hippa because of this as well as her store manager Christina price (who told all of the employees including myself, that they were thinking of firing Her-because of her disability and openly admitted it) she constantly does not pay her employees what they are owed. Pam still has not paid an employee $300 that she was owed from her check due to pam putting the incorrect timing in after said employee had multiple failed attempts on trying to correct it , Ignores doctors notes when it is medically necessary making injuries worse and so much more. I believe that Pam Everett is not capable nor should she be allowed to be running a store with employees because of the decisions she is making and the actions she is choosing. I had decided to resign because of personal problems m/ injuries because of multiple ignored doctors notes and she had come at me with hostility, rudeness, threats and I really did not appreciate being treated that way.
Nor did I appreciate the way I have been treated the past nine months and the way she has been treating her other employees.
Please give me an email or call back so we can make sure this does not happen to anybody else who thinks that they are working for a decent store owner. I also have all the witnesses and contact info of the girls who were also mistreated in this workplace who want some sort of justice and closure.

- - Lakewood, CO store took my sports equipment and hasn't paid in 5 months.
- - I have 50 years in sports and know its value, even at near giveaway cost.
Problem with Lakewood, Colorado store. Took sports equipment from my home, claimed he would pay, 5 months later he still not paid! After spending 50 years in the sports industry I know what the product he took is worth, even at "near give away cost"
- Not payment
Preferred solution: $700 owed to me by Kevin at Lakewood store
