Ordered door dash for food didnt bring me my food. Told me that all they can do is give me credit for my food not sent.
I want credit for the money I paid for door dash. Whole point of me paying them is so that I didnt have to go to the restaurant to get the food myself. So then I had to go get the food myself.
In all honesty Id be happier if I got credit for the food and the dasher that I paid for that didnt bring me all my food. $10 for food missing and the $7 tip to the dasher.

- - Hospitalized twice; I called to explain first time.
- - Second time I couldn't call due to no phone.
- - Manager called me a liar and talked over me.
I currently work there, Ive been in the hospital twice now since starting and the first time, I was able to call and tell them what was going on. This second time, I wasnt able to due to not having my phone with me.
Knowing Ive been having health issues, instead of reaching out to try and get ahold of me, I was taken off the schedule for not calling and telling them what was going on. Because I couldnt. When I got home, I called to let them know and was told to call back in the morning.
I called to talk to my manager this morning and let her know and instead of being professional, she called me a liar and talked over me telling me not to speak over her when I was trying to answer the question she asked me. Telling me I had an attitude when I was talking to her (not yelling) trying to let her know what was happening (wasnt cussing or being rude) and being called disrespectful.
- She scared one of my tables by screaming while on the phone
- She yells and gets loud all the time
- Manager treats employees like crap unless it is her family
Preferred solution: A new manager. A way to get in touch with the owner

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & HIDDEN CHARGE
- - Nuggets arrived instead of wings.
- - Fries and green beans tasted like old oil; celery was limp.
- - Fees were not shown and I was sick for 2 days.
Food poisoning... Chicken NUGGETS INSTEAD of Chicken WINGS.
Fries, Green Beans - NASTY! I ate about 3 of each fries and green beans- they tasted like they had been cooked in REALLY OLD OIL, and not crispy at all. Shrimp was just breading, but I ate those because I had taken my meds and had to eat. I ate the pretzel and cheese, those were ok, what I would expect for a bar order though.
The nuggets were really nasty smelling and looking! They sent 2 limp couple inch celery sticks and ranch dressing. I was pissed. I called DoorDash when I got the order and unpacked and saw Nuggets.
(I will be posting about DoorDash too) THAT’S WHEN I SAW THE EXTRA CHARGE NOT SHOWN ON THE APP, OR THE ORIGINAL “CHARGE” I had not looked at the receipt because I believed the total was the total! NO! FOUND OUT EVEN THOUGH SOME PLACES MAY LIST A DISCOUNT (or not!) on delivery... DOORDASH LETS THEM ADD A SERVICE FEE!!!
HTF DO THEY GET BY WITH THAT??? It was almost $4.00! So I paid $2.00 Delivery plus $5.00 tip = $11.00 plus tax on this.... so my total bill was $50!
PAY ATTENTION TO THE FEES!
I WAS SICK FOR 2 days! I did call BOH, who poo-pooed my “old oil” question/concern...”Well, oil gets heated so high, that would not make you sick.” But they would check. I got a call back from them, “Nothing there that I saw that would make you sick. Because everything they do is frozen and fried.” So, leaving frozen stuff out and frying in old oil is ok.
I have never called BOH before. DoorDash offered me $11.00 nope, this was ridiculous and I had a hard time getting an answer about the SC, then offer went up to $32.00. I still said no. That was it, I was offered a “call back by supervisor” when I asked for main number to DoorDash...
finally got the number- but I was so sick I could barely drink water. Thank goodness my bedroom has a bathroom within 5 feet.
Never ever been so very sick. I will be calling and posting a review of DoorDash call hopefully first of the week.
