WINGO flight out of Havana
Dear Wingo,
Can you please tell me why you are not letting passengers board flights out of Havana to Bogota today, July 8th?
Why are you requesting transit visas?
When the Colombian embassy says they will not honor visas for passengers who do not need them. Everything deserves an explanation.
Passengers are missing flights, including my family members. I would like to know your explanation for this decision.

I have tried three times to make a booking and pay for it with my credit card, but the payment is declined every time. I have spoken to my bank, and they say they have not received any requests for payment.
I believe this is because you do not use PSD2 payment verification. Can you please advise how I can pay for tickets for eight passengers when you do not process my payments online?

My trip was canceled by my bank
I called for 2 days to try and get a customers service rep at first I will follow all the prompts and then the phone will disconnect. When I finally got a human they did not speak English they kept telling me to call back I called back another five times and finally spoke to a Spanish speaking agent Who tried to help me she was very patient.
I understand some Spanish but not fluently but we were able to communicate that my bank had canceled my flight due to fraud I was dental that I had to re-purchase a new flight at double the cost because of flight Price had gone up.
But also I had paid an extra $29 to change my flight with a different credit card and was charged and not reimbursed. Im not at all happy with Wingo policys and customer service.

I usually get through but now they are having chaos in this airlines .lord Help us help them. What kind of doing business??.

You should let people fly those with tickets and not sell anymore or will have to compensate all those people . This will be big. You loses your Arlinesbasically. Copa holdings .
