Wing Barn - Reason food in terrible condition, spoiled and burnt

I made a purchase yesterday. I ordered by phone, I paid by phone, and when I arrived at the house, the order was in terrible condition.

The wings were super burnt, and the bonnets were super dry, without sauces, and they tasted spoiled as if they had been reheated.

That can't be because I paid $67 for my order in terrible condition, and they spoiled the lot that they served us. They barely answered, and I asked to speak to the manager, and they said that he couldn't be found.

Loss:
$55

Preferred solution: Full refund
