Verified Reviewer |No answer to calls, data has to be reset often spending hours on the phone. My daughters sim quit working and I called for months before they figured it out. I got no refund. No credit. Nothing.
Phone quit working of my childs. I called over and over for months Before it was resolved and was never refunded for her line even tho they confirmed the dates it wasnt working.
Customer service put in a request but wind denied. Rich ripping off the blue collars.

I want to port out and discontinue service with Wing Blue. My wife and I cannot afford the monthly charge and must be able to port out of both lines we have with Wing Alpha.

Offer of free streaming srrvicesy
Received your offer of free streaming service which I do not want. do not need or even want to see.
This of course is included in the bill which forces all consumers to pay for this service. It is unfair and should be stopped.
My bill is high enough without this crap which one s forced on me. This should make a great lawsuit for an enterprising young attorney.

Very upsetting!!! Paid bill and you won't restore our service!!
And no customer support on weekend. Turn our phones back on!
International calls not working
I cannot make calls to Mexico all day today . I need it to work all the time, not some of the time Please get this matter fixed immediately
They locked my phone, refused to fix it and refuse to reimburse me.
They had a network update earlier this year, which ruined a perfectly functioning 1 year old iPhone bought unlocked. After their network update, my iPhone would not connect to any carrier, not even wing itself.
They left me stranded without data and without the ability to make calls for days. After basically no resolve from their end, I decided to port out and try a new carrier. Even their port out to keep my number was botched. I had to buy a completely new phone and change my number.
I had apple and the phone tech at my new carrier check my phone and they both said it was an issue with my previous carrier as my phone was now locked.
I have been trying to get them to reimburse me since march and they just ignore my emails. If anybody doubts me or any wing representative feels the need to say I am lying, I have proof of all conversations and proof that my phone was locked.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Sending a QR code link that was broken, offering SIM card that would take several days to arrive; and she was in need of banking service during the time. Customer service was nowhere to be found. Closed even though listed as 24/hour contact. No phone number for Wing answered.
Stated available next business day.
Totally irresponsible service for customers needing answers about no available service even though service paid for. My searching, calling, even chat closed.
User's recommendation: With such as happened; there needs to be honored, a real and true 24/hour customer service, or the listing needs to be removed. Customers needing service need to definitely try and make contact between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

This will be time number 7 that i have attempted to get a response.
I joined wing 3 years ago and although i was hesitant because I was a AT&T customer and had just financed an iphone xr.
After showing my concern of leaving AT&T before paying off my phone, the salesman for Wing said if I join wing, they will pay my phone off. So of course i joined wing.
Even had my son join because he had also just financed a phone from AT&T.
Being under the impression our phones were now paid off, 2 yrs after joining.
You can imagine my anger to learn not only so i owe 1000.00 for the phone but a credit collection agency has now tacked on an additional 750.00 to the amount due!
I have called and emailed wing and get the same answers, we will look into this and a supervisor will call you before end of day
NO CALLS ever from any supervisor.
I just want my phone paid off. I want someone at wing to do the right thing and be true to their word!
(Ps: my son also did not get what was promised to him, a phone paid off)
