My new French door wine/beverage cooler arrived today. One side opens but the other doesn't! Appears to be locked. No instructions or owners manual was included. NO KEYS! How am I supposed to get into it??? Can't even attach handles because the only one I see is inside the locked door! Web site says 24/7 service but it's not true. Phones are only staffed 8am-5pm M-F. 60 Day Return!? Right. Just make sure you click on the small print (see our return policy). The appliance shipped with a "free shipping" promotion. The wine fridge was too big and I wanted to return for a smaller one. But then the return shipment estimate came it, it was $450 plus 15% restocking fee - - essentially the the price of the appliance. I'm better off throwing it away or donating it rather than let these guys sell it again.... Read more
