Sent wrong vintage and didn't want to pay the difference
I ordered some 2017 Napa Pinot Noir and they delivered 2021. When I contacted Wine Chateau, they a offered 15% refund!
Which wasn't even close to the price difference between 2017 and 2021.
Wine Chateau sucks. Avoid dealing with them.

Read fine print
Please be worn when buying stuff from this year vendor. When you order a certain vintage, if you read your fine print, they can replace whatever you ordered with a newer vintage.
Why don't they tell you when you place the order that they don't have what you ordered.
I'll never buy from here again. Screw them

Ultra slow, did not reply to inquiries, sent wrong wine
Awful company to deal with. Slow, nonresponsive and sent the wrong product.
I ordered 5 bottles of a particular seasonal wine (identified by a special color label) based on seeing its exact picture on the website.
The website said it was in stock. Days went by with no shipment notification. How do you spell to ask about the shipping date. I got a canned response back with zero useful information.
I contacted them again. This time I also asked them to confirm that the wine was exactly what I wanted (as indicated by the special color label). No response to my query. But the sent me a survey asking how satisfied I was with the prior useless reply.
Contacted them yet again. Got another useless canned response. After 10 days (!), I got another canned email saying my order was in the final stages of preparation for shipment. Still no specific shipping date.
And no confirmation that it was the right bottling. Finally, after two weeks, my order arrived. It was the wrong bottling.
I will never use this company again. I have the worst customer service I can remember of any company Ive dealt with in a long time.

BAIT AND SWITCH
Sent me wrong product. Returned it.
Still no refund. Wanted me to take incorrect product as substitute and it was cheaper that what I ordered. Not equal in any way. Unprofessional, scam, Bait and switch.
Buyers beware.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Still no refund as Purtha a company representative has promised.

Hi I bought a wine kit and there was a missing packet of yeast. It was a double kit but missing one packet of yeast
Didn’t get what was offered
Bought 2 bottles bumbu with set of two Bumbu glasses as gifts I got the Bumbu but not the glasses as advertised there customer suport never reached out after I phoned them and emailed them three are more times they have no desire to remedy the issue never recived return email phone call

I called, my call didn’t get answered. There is nothing to review. Nothing gets nothing.
I tried to make a purchase on line, my card didnt get accepted, although I know its valid and there is a balance on it enough for that purchase.
User's recommendation: Make your shopping old fashioned way: over the phone or in the store.
Wine Chateau 3-day Delivery Service Review
I ordered Wine & Spirits to my family in FL two years in a row and last time I had to call and ask them what happened to my gift in 2015, they said they are out of stock and delivered 4 days later after I complained to one of their stores and gave them all the info. they credited me the shipping chagres.
this year 2016 I ordered the Wine & Spirit again online to the same address with 3 day shipping which they charges me $32.00 and delivery was on 12/23, instead they sent me an email today on the day of delivery, that they don't have the items in stock. Very Very disappointed!!!! Shame on Wine Chateau!!
They put out a lot of good prices online.. to attract online traffic and deceive the consumers.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
