Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I got to keep the toy, and they deducted $9.00 shipping fee, and returned the rest of the money to my Paypal account. Took about three weeks and sending them several pictures of their ads to prove they had falsely advertised the product..

Others thought these people were scammers, I found out they were. I purchased one of their so-called Yard Excavators. Their site shows the fuel capacity, oil capacity and hydraulic oil capacity. The site even showed a full sized man driving the excavator around. NO where and I mean NO where did the mention that they were selling me a toy, or miniature model of an excavator. The price was way higher than a toy. sh shoulddsh

User's recommendation: Be warned. If it sounds like a deal, it's probably a scam.
