Windstream stole money out of my account and will not return it

I asked in December for Windstream to be disconnected I didn't no longer want the services January mid January they stole my money out of my account and as of today February the 15th they still have not returned my money every time I speak to someone it's a different lie I want so bad to sue the *** out of them

Technician never hooked me up

A tech was out here earlier but said he was working on someone else's first and then he would come hook me up .he left that person's apartment after he hooked them up and never did come back .he was suppose to be here today between 7:15 am and 9:15 am

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. A representative from Windstream called me and said that if I had anymore problems related to Windstream and my service with them to contact her and it would be taken care of right away.

After being with you all for 29 years now and one of your first customers to do bundling with your company. All I can say ever since Windstream merged with kinetic it has been a nightmare.

I have file folder that is about 5 inches thick, because I have to call you guys every month about my bill. What I have decided is that I no longer want to do a bundle with you guys. I do want to keep my landline phone and my internet service, but that is it. I have already talked with Dish network and I don't owe them any money and they have told me that I a three dollar and thirty cent credit with them.

But that is not what Windstream said today after we did three way call. Myself, Windstream and Dish network were on that call and even Dish network try to tell you all that I don't owe them any money or anything and that I have a credit with them. So therefore I am no longer wanting to do the bundling with Windstream.

I have the bundling with Windstream since 1996 and now I want to taken out of the bundling program period. So therefore my bill with Windstream should only be for the landline phone service and my internet service period.

Technician, Matthew, called to say he was running early. I left work. Just before arriving at home, he calls back: well, I didnt check the work order - I need to go get different equipment. An hour later he arrives with no extender after being told by me not to even start an installation without the extender. Then denies he was told that. Then, when shown no service at other end of house, he says yeah there is (theres not). Then, pulls wires from 3 different directions and leaves no slack to move or adjust the modem. Lazy, lazy, disinterested attitude all the way around.

We called to check for availability and was told 125 Meg for 39.99 a month. My credit was run my card was charged and signed up for autopay. I take a day off work and drive 4hrs to the home away it was to be installed in. Tec shows up and tells me not available in my area not sure who told you that. Customer support just says well that sucks but is what it is.

Well i Referred a friend she went by the guidelines so i would receive the Gift card well she and i spoke to so many of there support team also the Department that issues the Gift card and we had them on speaker so both her and i could hear and give our opinion they i just got mad because they would say its all taken care of it will take 8 weeks to get the gift card well its been over 3 mths so i guess i will not be getting the gift card i;m so sick of talking with them on the phone and then your on the phone for half hour so im pissed off

I keep getting Harassing phone calls from this number that is attached to Cavalier phone compan 267-365****y

I have a household of children This particular phone number of 267-365**** Is Consistently Harassing my home Every 45 on the hour And I found out their Location is Newark New Jersey and their phone carrier is Cavalier That's All But each attempt I make to call 10 numbers to reach Cavalier the phone does not even ring Im Pissed Off This Person Is a Stalker and Is Stalking my home How did this person whom I don't know Even get my number My thoughts are this person is a male And a Freemason idiot member and they are Corrupt And all the men act like Women What does that tell you Because Their MI Is If they don't like you Or you had so kind of negative involvement with one of them They need A Whole Corrupt Organization Gang To Harras Follow Use Helicopters to stalk you like How Women get mad They are Not A Legal Gang

Kinetic Windstream charges us for phone service but does not provide it and does not allow us to even contact them. Have they gone under completely? It is too late to sue? The morning after Pissed forwarded my enraged note I was awakened by a couple of spam calls on our Windstream land line! Service silently restored by ? after several days delay; I'll need to use Pissed to cancel service.

My 88 year old Mothers landline & wi-fi have been out of service for 3 weeks. We have made multiple calls to customer service with no satisfaction!!! She lives alone in a rural area & we are concerned that if she needed help she has no way to call. This is totally unacceptable!!! Whats so frustrating is theres no office u can go to to complain in person, the customer service is in India who employ people with poor english & bad attitudes. To say we are pissed off is an understatementWindstream SUCKS!!!

I made a call to customer service on 10/31/2023 around 6:30 pm and the agent was very rude and argumentative, spoke over me the entire time, and raised his voice at me.

Every time I call there is an issue. I hate that the customer service is outsourced to people who have zero customer service etiquette.

I too work as a customer service rep and know that isn't the way an agent conducts themselves. The bad thing is that this is the only provider in the area. The services are overpriced and not all that great.

I hate that I cannot change providers.

I can't seem to help but think that nothing is done about this due to there being no other provider. They need to shape up because this was the craziest experience I've ever had with a company.
