The windows leaked and have caused substantial damage to the structure of our home. The windows are a poor design.
The water sits on the windows and when the temperature fluctuates the aluminum expands and contracts, creating holes for the water to leak in. Would never recommend Windsor Windows to anyone.
Preferred solution: The damage costs rectified because of your faulty product!
