Library deal an insult to Windsor, Ontario Mayer

I am becoming increasingly concerned about Alan Halberstadt “Misleading” public regarding Windsor Public Library and to conceal information from Public. Alan Halberstadt allowed two CEO’s with six figure income to run a small public library, while he was consider closing and opening new locations. This guy is very jealous towards our great Mayor Eddie Francis. Secrecy over Windsor Public Library angers our Mayer. According to him "We cut the cheque, we fund the library". Mayer deserves an answer. Why is Halberstadt tight lipped regardign the issue? Public should be very cautious about this guy Alan Halberstadt about his “Misleading” habits.
