Windrift Apartment Homes

This apartment complex, located in Oceanside, California, is run by AIM CO. I lived there for several years and had minimal problems until they got a new assistant manager. She was very unprofessional and very rude. She did not seem to have any customer service know how at all. I found her to be very unpleasant to try to work with. She was not a nice person. I moved out in October of 2011 and was treated very rudely by her, she was not willing to work with me on anything that had to do with my move out and acted as if she couldn't wait for me to leave. I am going to contact AIM CO to let them know of my experience with her.
