Window cleaners do damage and refuse to apologize/fix it

The company the I need to complain about offers window washing services and customised screens replacements. I made an appointment over the phone to have the windows washed and and the end of the appointment they said that almost 15 window screens needed to be replaced. I did not have time and desire to argue so I agreed to pay for all of the new screens. Two days later they came with the new screens and installed them. In this process, one of the workers step on a sprinkler in my front yard and broke it. Next day when the sprinklers started, my house wall, front window and everything around was flooded in water coming from the broken sprinkler. I took pictures, I called my gardener to fix and readjust the sprinkler system and wrote to the window washing company to ask them to fix the damage that they have caused. I did not ask for anything for me, just $50 for the gardener that came for the emergency situation. They did ignore me completely, did not pay a cent or even apologise for all the trouble and damage that they produced. I wrote a review on Yelp about my experience, describing only what happened to my house and how I have been treated after I paid almost a thousand dollars to this company. They owner replied to my post calling me a bully, mentally ill and other embarrassing names that have no connection with me or my behaviour. I need to have somebody look into this because the previous owner of my house had this company over in 2005 to wash the windows and never ever called them again for the next 10 years. I did wonder way but now I know that they have this horrible attitude towards the customers, they don't accept or acknowledge any mistake but try to blame it on the other every time. More offensive is the message that the owner posted on Yelp that calls maybe for a lawsuit for defamation because what he says there is pure fantasy. I do have video surveillance all around my house and I can prove with e-mail and video recordings that everything that I said is true and can be seen on the images or in the e-mails.
