Never shipped product, so cancelled order after 4 weeks
I ordered a $35.00 part on may 19th. It's now June 13th and I've received nothing. I emailed them on June 3rd (no response) and called them, which elicited a one-sentence email from them saying they would re-ship last monday, (five days ago). Still nothing. I realize things happen, I understand. I know it's just a $35.00 order, but I need the part and they can't seem to get it to me, and don't care if they ever do. Now I have to get my $$ back from them and get the part elsewhere. I don't think they really care.
WindowParts.com Sells you damaged goods and does not accept returns
I ordered a window screen replacement from Windowparts.com on September 11Th I received the screen in mid - October. It was damaged inside the box. I did a live chat with them twice and was told to submit a damaged goods form online with a picture upload of the damaged screen and that someone would contact me soon. They don't even give you a confirmation that it was uploaded. They still have not responded at all to me. It's November 9th// I mean really? I sent a message and requested a refund. I'm sure that will get me nowhere. I don't trust this company!! You are better off getting the window screen direct from the manufacturer.
