POOR COMMUNICATIONS

I ORDERED CUSTOME LINERS FROM WINDOWBOX.COM, AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE THESE IN 2-3 WEEKS. I CONFIRMED WITH MARIA TWO DAYS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER AND ONCE AGAIN TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 2-3 WEEKS. AFTER NOT RECEIVING LINERS I SENT EMAILS REQUESTING WHEN TO EXPECT THEM. FIVE WEEKS LATER RECEIVED PHONE CALL TELLING ME THEY WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE AND WOULD BE ANOTHER 5-6 WEEKS.I HAD A CONTRACTOR SET UP TO INSTALL THE LINERS AND HAD TO CANCEL AND FIND ANOTHER SOURCE TO PURCHASE NEW LINERS. THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND SHANDRA DID NOT EVEN OFFER ANY TYPE OF APOLOGY FOR NOT INFORMING US SOONER.
