Did not install materials paid for
Window World of DC billed us for 125 linear feet of micro guard leaf protection, and installed less than half. Multiple attempts to have them install gutter guards along the entire back length of the house have gone unheeded since July. They also billed us for 45 linear feet of fascia board and installed about two feet, then covered the rest - which had dry rot - with vinyl rather than replace it as we had contracted. I am notifying any potential customer who checks any of the various complaint forums I can find online not to do business with Window World of DC, Inc.
User's recommendation: Find a reputable contractor, not Window World.
