Unsafe living conditions
Worst living experience in my entire life. Stacy in corporate was usless.
And rude. The corporate office is 10 min away. You would think that as the decision maker could see my living conditions. NOPE
She couldnt be bothered by the people signing her paycheck.
However, she was charged FULL rent. How about you live there.

Illegal eviction
The manager lied about a payment being the third late payment, and wouldn't give me a copy of the lease. They charged me sewer and water feels i didn't agree to and lied about accounts being frozen to take more late fees.
Preferred solution: Apology
