I received a charge on my Telus bill from these scammers. I have bundled rates, therefore I would have no reason to use this scammer company. ((I also was not aware of this company.). I am putting in a formal complaint with the CRTC. The CRTC will not allow illegal billing.
User's recommendation: Inform the CRTC. Do NOT use this company.

They do not communicate are disorganized
I have been trying for months to get them to remove their phone booth from private property. After 5 months and being told that everyone quit, it is still there. No receiver, just a gathering point for transients.

Grossly overcharged for a payphone call

They do say "Rate quotes are available upon request" So I guess the responsibility is on us to pay attention.
I just got a bank statement for 1 min and 3 min phone cost 16.57C$ and 26.43 C$ at payphone in Sourice , Canada.
I didn't get any receipt and any information for fee og payphone.
This company is rip off customer and we need to inform the customer for this.
