Additional charge to exit a faulty Wilson Carpark.
We paid to exit the carpark at the lift in RPA Medical Centre. We then had to wait 20 minutes in an exit queue and were subsequently charged another $10.12 to exit.
I phoned to complain and was told a refund form would be emailed and it was not.
Disgraceful on all counts!
