Trex decking job done by Brad Wilson was fantastic
No complaints at all. We had a huge project.
Out with the 21 year old wooden deck and down with the new Trex decking. Four day job. Intricate cuts to surround both sides of the in ground swimming pool. We also had Brad Wilson take out an old section of cedar fencing and put in new cedar fencing.
Fantastic workmanship. We were pleased with the bid (very reasonable), work hours put in, creative input on what we might consider as the project progressed, and his very professional attitude.
We plan on using Wilson Maintenance for future work at our residence.

We hired this guy Brad Wilson, after finding him thru Service Magic on Google to do some basic residential sprinkler tuning and head replacement. He seemed like an up & up guy, was here for a few hours, did what we asked, we paid him more that what he asked for & things looked good.........untill after a few days later, we noticed that a few of the sprinkler heads were still not covering the grass as they should and one oscillating head was not working at all.
Keep in mind we had paid him already to resolve this. I called him and told him what was going on and he said he would be back out the next day or day after. Those days came & no Brad. I called him and every time, v-mail, would'nt answer.
Finally I called from my cell so he would not know who it was & he answered. After I identified myself there was a long pause & then he says I've been swamped, that's why I haven't called. Cheeseeeeeee. He said he would come back yesterday or today but that it would cost me another $100.00 on top of the $175 we already paid him.
$300 for some sprinkler fine tuning and some minor head replacement, I don't think so. I agreed to pay another $40 or $45. Well, he still hasn't shown up & if he does, I'm not going to have him do a thing. I also called Service Magic to advise of our experience & the guy I spoke with could care less.
I would just stay away from S.M. & Wilson Maintenance!!!

Have hired Wilson Maintenance for many jobs over the years with sprinklers and fencing. Always helpful to solve problems and priced well.
I had Wilson Maitenence do some repair work for me on my house in Meridian. From the first communication to the completion of the project he was outstanding. I would definitely use Wilson Maintence in the future for other services.

Customer was happy with work and lawn was greening up. Unable to contact customer on several occasions I did return repaired several additional requests customer was never available to pay for additional requests and l did not collect a penney past $100 in parts and $75 in labor originally agreed opon.
Drove by later lawn looked good, but home looked as if it had been forclosed.
2 years later i see the post. I have had hundreds of very happy customers and dont appriciate the lies and negative slant.
