Verified Reviewer |No Return Call to Remedy an Issue on My Newly Placed Order
On March 14, 2025, I contacted Wilshire Wigs for the First time after I placed an order with their company online. I had to find another company after finding out the company I normally ordered from had gone out of business.
On Wilshire Wigs site they said I would get 30% off my order by entering a key word; MANE. I attempted to this multiple times on the payment page, but their system did Not accept the information. I placed the order and called them to try to get help. I ended up leaving multiple messages over a one week period, but I Never got a call back.
I tried Both of their numbers again and received a message saying Both their mailboxes were full on Both numbers! It is now March 14, 2025 and Wilshire Wigs has Never returned my calls! I emailed them about the situation, but to no avail. They immediately took my payment out of my bank and then totally ignore me, the customer.
I still have Not received my merchandise.
I will report them to the BBB and Illinois Attorney General if they do not respond immediately! Suffice it to say, I will think twice before doing business with this company again!
- Seem to have stock and a good variety
- No staff answers phones
- Do not return calls
- Ignore requests so problems can be rectified
Preferred solution: Delivery AND the 30% back that I am entitled to. Otherwise, this is false advertising! I am owed this 30% back now.

I ordered a final sale wig and paid 90 dollars. I decided to buy from Wilshire wigs because of mostly good reviews.
Upon receiving my wig it definitely had been worn. It smelled of hair products. The wig was matted or looked burned. The wefting on the wig was stretched out.
No returns on sale items, final sale. I suffer from extreme hair loss. I am an elderly Veteran my money doesnt go far. It is unscrupulous and devious sales practice that they would sale you a wig that was damaged and previously worn with absolutely no return policy.
I called the company it goes to voicemail no response. Final sale

I bought a brown wig for 105.00 in Aug, when it finally arrived was told I had 5 days to exchange it. I sent it back for same wig but grey.
They received it 9/19/22. I am still waiting. They keep telling me it will ship today, but no email confirmation. The only way they call back is when I threaten to charge back the 105.
After about the 5th call they said I owed 9.95 for return shipping. Still waiting.

My wig was in stock and it took 16 days to get from LA to San Diego
The wig is nothing like the picture
Its just a shaggy mess of hair being that I have experience in wigs this could not be styled into the picture you have online order # 103 21* ***
