I think it is a requirement to be part of ILAA.ORG or the OTHERBAR.ORG to work at this place.
They will initially be nice to you and appear to want to help you until you sign with them to represent you and then the bait and switch will come and will leave you completely disappointed. If you dont believe me than have these clowns represent you and you will learn the hard way like I did!
