Every unit has come in with broken part and they have no phone to call. Only email. I’ve trued for three months to get new air curtains that came in busted and am getting nowhere. We are loosing produ
They have no phone number to contact them, and they just blow you off. I'll even buy the parts now if I have to, but no one will help you. They are horrible.
