I live in Lebanon, Indiana and I have the unfortunate experience of living near an apartment complex (Millerwood) mismanaged by Wilmoth Group. They are renting an apartment right next to brand new schools tennis courts and their tenants are abusing a 70+ lb dog by improperly using an e-collar as a leash.

YES, you read that right. Their tenant will use one of those remote shock collars to restrain and walk the dog. The dog is expected to know that the owner would like it to be varying distances from his master (AKA whos got the remote and ESP connection with the dog). The GPS ESP differential could be 6 feet, 8 feet who knows?

But, Wilmoths tenant knows! And, Wilmoths tenant expects this dog will read his mind or else he gets shocked. He unsuccessfully walks his dog this way, but he also unsuccessfully attempts to keep his dog in the area around his apartment door too.

This dog has charged at adults and children, alike; I have seen this with my own two eyes. The particular thing that Wilmington can do to save us townies and the dog, is to enforce its own 20# weight limit for pets and/or evict this tenant.

Ever since wilmoth bought out my landlords old house they raised the price 200 but we agreed to it we always had our money in on time always on the first . They lied and said they got it in the second yet the sewer bill and rent were both on two different money orders same envelope yet the sewage was on time .

They have been charging me 10 dollars a day even when we took pictures of the money order with the September 1st date on it when we put it in their drop box . This isnt the first time this has happened and they are deceitful and liars . They say they will have someone look at it yet they dont. I dont owe extra so I wont pay for something that was on time .

This isnt the first time they have done this Ive lived here 5 yrs before they took over and its been nothing but stress . Also my water heater went out not long after they took over and they would laugh when I would call and makes excuses took almost one month to get one and not even a new one it just needed pieces put on . Ive always paid my rent on time but if you put it in their box on the first its in time but when they walk in the office on the second then they say its late even tho its dated the first . I document every time I pay them and take photos of the money orders and video it when dropping it off .

I need to speak with someone higher .

I find it interesting that theyre a third party so you can only call them on one number . Keep everything documented for court.
