I am a breast cancer survivor, now in remission for 12 years. My cancer was located in my left breast. I have noticed a large mass in my right breast. I also still have my port o cath inserted. I am in a great deal of pain. I just want to have these services done because I am deeply concerned. I just keep getting the run around with the scheduling department located in the breast care center. Please help me get these services done. Thank you.

Pros:
  • Convenient location
Cons:
  • Difficulty scheduling diagnostic services

Preferred solution: I would like to get the diagnostics services done and requested per the order from my primary care doctor.

Came into ER after urgent care visit could not rule out possible appendicitis for my son. Needed a CT scan. Urgent care physician said, If it was me, Id go to the ER vs waiting to book and appointment tomorrow. Arrived at the ER about 6:50 PM. Expected to wait based on the number of people in the waiting room, but was mildly surprised to receive blood draw within about 2 hours and CT scan within about 3.5 hours. Was told we would have results in 30-45 minutes. Yay, right? Home before midnight? Sat in waiting room another 2 hours. Finally moved to a room, was told the doctor would be in to discharge us shortly, because all labs and results were back. Still havent been examined at this point, but ok, we are ready to go home. Now an hour and a half later (8 hours in) still we sit. Nothing. Not a word.not even sure there is a doctor in this place, as we have only seen the same few nurses or nurse assistants since we got here. I wonder how they will respond to my paying the bill with the same regard they gave to my son? Maybe send it in a few dollars at a time?

User's recommendation: Skip this ER and seek out another option. I understand covid has placed limits on their abilities to see people but they should still be able to manage expectations!

Other Product Review

There is no where to park. There is an area blocked off for valet parking. I should not be forced to pay for parking. Luckily I was early for my appointment. I had to circle around for about 15 minutes eyeing the people coming out of the hospital for their spot.

Lazy volunteer agent

In Willowbrook Methodist the volunteer agent is never there even if he said he was. He leaves before 4 and he isn't there early. He doesn't answer calls when he's away from the office while he arranges people to meet him on a time when he isn't here. He will always talk to you about non-important things. Normally, he complaints about everything and he messes with you even when you're like i want to leave. He doesn't ever like to listen to you're words and he wants people to pretty much leave
