Willow Window has all but destroyed my families home and my wife's health...
- - Water damage and black mold exist behind installed windows, and flashing funnels water into the house.
- - We had to move out; mold caused illness.

If the devil ever ran a "Christian" business, I bet it would look a lot like this one let me explain
Willow Window replaced almost every window in my home two years ago.
Every single one now shows signs of water damage. When we opened the drywall around several of their windows, we found black mold at each one.
The "flashing" they used which they claim is acceptable actually literally funnels water into the house instead of diverting it away. This is not just bad work it's dangerous!
Jamie from Willow Window came out to do what they called a "thorough investigation," but he didn't open any drywall or remove any window casing to see how the windows were actually installed. He even said this massive hole at the top of one window was acceptable.
Because of this, my family has had to move out of our home and my wife has been sick for years from hidden mold.
This has been one of the worst experiences of our life, and Willow Window has shown ZERO concern for the damage, the health risks, or making it right.
We are in absolute disbelief that any company can be this careless.
Especially since they have seen IN PERSON that any window they installed has water damage and the windows they didn't install are all dry.
Do your research before you hire this company. Look for reviews years after they installed were windows you'll see them if you look at the bad reviews! I'm not the only one.
I wish I could portray in words how evil this company is.
The way they've talked to us, how their leadership hasn't cared AT ALL, and how they try to leverage their Christianity for monetary gain.
Go look at the other bad reviews. You'll think twice before hiring them.
This company has harmed my family and they DO NOT CARE.

Preferred solution: I want an actual apology and my home returned to a healthy state so that my wife and daughter can live in it without getting sick from the mold they caused.
