Marissa in the office gives you the run around. They will show you one thing and give you something else.

They say apartments are renovated but they only put new carpet and floors. Cabinets are as old as the property. Bugs in the unit even the freezer, water damage painted over, broken fixtures that are painted over instead of repaired, the odor of mildew and mold holes all in the cabinets slide doors has broken entry and they dont want to show you the unit you will have till after you sign then refuse to give you your money back. Looks nothing like what you see in the photos.

Ive had to contact legal services. I asked for a better unit denied. Everything I asked for they didnt give me but after paying deposit and other fees they switch on you. I will never ever stay at a Peak Living property.

Even the property assistant Michael asked that my money be returned because of all the broken promises and the regional Tasheki or whatever her name is denied him that. They will not return my calls from corporate or my attorney. I spent over 5k to move in and I have no apartment. The pain and suffering is top tier.

Had to ask my last apartment to give me 30 more days to find a new home and pay rent there again. I had to get a storage. And sleep on the floor.

Its so sad. Its been a nightmare.

Loss:
$5000
Pros:
  • Location price and police
Cons:
  • Lies
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Patched up apartments

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: I strongly suggest you go to another complex. Corporate office Regional manager will not refund your money. All they do is minor things to make it look renovated but it’s a disaster. They give you the run around switching your apartments then give you a lemon.
