Terrible Experience
I have been attempting to get my pension benefits. They have inaccurately responded to questions or do not respond to questions.
Computations of benefit amounts are wrong. They point out requirements in pension documents but upon review of these documents, the requirements do not exist. Their actions are forcing me to file an ERISA complaint and engage an attorney.
Had great experience with two other pensions. Don't understand.
Preferred solution: The company to correct mistakes that have been made.
