Took money - no goods supplied

Having found the web site '' through a shopping channel listing via google; I did read carefully the terms and conditions including all the bits on delivery, refunds, english law etc etc.. All seemed quite in order. I did a search on their trading name to see if any adverse posts came up - there were none at that time - there are several now..... The most significant item was that they are using a British bank - Lloyds Bank sort code 309477 account Willion Electronics 5137**** - and knowing the huge checking procedures and conditions that banks now adopt before allowing anyone to open an account, I felt quite safe in paying for this product. The product has never arrived (their delivery date given was 13 March) The web site has disappeared The email address for them no longer works. Did get a 'read receipt' later from a time zone 4 hours ahead - that makes it in Russia! Have reported matter to police and Lloyds bank and 'actionfraud' but no one seems bothered about what to them might be considered such a minor incident. So, no new tv and little chance of recouping the £708 plus lost.

Other posts regarding the same topic are posted I too paid for a TV and did not receive any goods as did a lot of people LLoyds bank knew about this on March 8th and took no action its a shame. I was told this bank is in essex (Legg street) phone them and complain to banking ombudman

I have also had this problem.

I read through the website the same as you and thought that it all sounded legit....but have recieved no TV, no emails, or any other information.

I am paticualy distressed by this, as my it was bought for my dad who has months left to live, and all he wanted was a flat screen tv.

he has been selling some of his life's collections of model trains to pay for the tv, and now he has nothing to show for it.

Was wondering if anybody could give me some advice with what to do, because even if he doesnt get the tv or money back, this trader needs to be stopped!

this company is a scam - do not buy anything from it, I did and found out immediatley linked with other companies scamming people out of there money, please see and type in willion. Dont be tricked like I was. There is a few other companies also, I will inform the Police tomorrow I have already phoned my bank and Lloyds bank informing them the account number 309477 ****9160 has got money of mine for no goods. I want everyone to know ....the person scamming people are actually in the netherlands and the addresses given are all ficticious. The telephone number is not a valid number.

They got me too.

If you haven't already reported an incident with them you can use to do so. You get a crime reference number etc.

Does anyone have the contact number/email/link for Lloyds fraud dept?

Go to your banks... tell them that you have paid for goods you never received, they can claim money off lloyds and its up to lloyds to contact the company for proof of delivery of goods if they cant well lloyds have to reimburse your bank..give it a go

Same happened to me - paid £700 for a camera which was supposed to arrive on the 16th. Can't tell you how gutted I feel now.

Exactly the same for me ! As on a price comparison site believed the company to be legit.

looked like a professional site.

Paid no goods though was told shipped ! Reported to bank and police.

Bought a hob paid received email saying would be delivered today 16/03/12 went online to check order status and discovered this company does not exist. Price compare should vet these company's before putting them on there site. Many people have lost money

I have reported this Company to the police and to lloyds TSB fraud department. Police URGE anyone who has sent money to buy goods to report it to the police and to LLoyds TSB fraud department. The more people come forward, the higher priority sorting this out will become

*** I have already paid.... Has anyone got their money back?

I woz lucky ... close to buying a TV

go to you bank and tell them what happened and tell them it is a fraud issue as you have not received any goods...good luck... also I note google have taken the web site down should have done this on 8 March when first complained about would have saved you and me money!!
