Should get my $50 voucher reward.

My fifty dollar voucher expired after I was told by assistant that II done have a time limit to spend it. Told me wrongly. Would like my vouchet redeemed.

Had a problem with the zips on the shoes I ordered. The lady who took my call was wonderful, very helpful, and understanding of my issue.

Follow up. After visit a Williams Show Store and speaking with an extremely.attentive Manager, the matter was resolved.

Williams very generously.gifted me the shoes. Online shopping as convenient as it is has its pitfalls.

Nothing beats explaining an issue face to face with staff. In this case I was lucky and am happy with the outcome.

Was unable to contact Williams shoes directly with multiple email or phone numbers. Contacted PayPal & they reimbursed my funds.

A day later received both an email & SMS from Williams Shoes telling me they had had the wrong email address. Also my order would arrive that day-which it did. I accepted the order but when I tried to contact WS to explain the situation I was unable to do so-again. I decided to go to an WS store & pay with cash, it's the only practical choice I have.

. It seems communication is one way. SMS email & phone numbers don't work.

Although the company use them to contact you.
WS is huge but they need to have working communications that function 7 days per week. Considering they are part of the Munro Group.
