Told my iPad screen repair would be £93 (I think it was about that price no more than £100) no mention of vat sent it off last Monday not this Monday told it would be a 48 hr turnaround after I do not not know how many phone calls and spoke to a guy called Mike on every occasion (I presume he is the only person who can speak English you will understand why when you read the rest of my complaint) sorry Louise you will get the invoice within 10 minutes about 6 calls later and still being told this still had not got invoice apparently without the final invoice which had a unique code I could not pay the invoice which is all I wanted to do. Eventually after I do not know how many phone calls with MIKE (only one I ever got throught to eventually) the invoice came through paid it via paypal and as promised it arrived can not say it is the best fix ever but what intersted me more was the browsing history it seems that since my iPad was in there possession they have visited quite a lot of sites most of them in a foreign language so I do not know who or what they have been looking at but I have passed this information to the police and have told them they can have my iPad to nvestigate. Hope this helps anyone intending to send anything to this company think first. Louise
