I ordered a suit jacket from William // David on May 10th, 2022. I received the confirmation email that the order was placed and an order number was provided.

On May 23rd I sent an email to the support email address (the only email address associated with the business). I received an auto-reply saying the email is received and a representative will get back to me. On May 24th I received a response from someone named Dan (no last name). He told me the order is still being fulfilled.

On May 27th I emailed again asking if they know when my order will be shipped. In 10 minutes I received a response from Dan saying that my order is completing manufacturing and quality control and that I should be receiving tracking information shortly. I waited patiently until June 14th when I emailed again and said it has now been over a month since my order and to get a status update. I received that auto-reply followed by an email from my good buddy Dan once again.

He said they apologize for the delay and upon checking my order it finished quality control and is just waiting to be shipped. He said he was escalating the matter to the fulfillment team for an immediate update. He then said, "Rest assured that I will try my best to have this shipment put on priority for you. As soon as we receive more information on your shipment, I'll be sure to update you right away." On June 29th I went to their website and typed in my order number into their shipment tracking service and a message came up saying that there is no order associated with that order number.

I emailed the company telling them that. I didn't receive the auto-reply email this time, and the next day (June 30th) I sent a follow-up email. Still no auto-reply, and no word from dear Dan. July 1st, I sent yet another follow-up email and again no auto-reply, no word from Dan.

I reported them to the BBB and got a response on July 19th, this time from a "Marjorie" claiming they had a COVID outbreak at their factory. This response is clearly not true. First of all, a COVID outbreak would not cause my order number to mysteriously disappear from their records. Second, their company may have a factory that MIGHT have had a COVID outbreak, but their customer service personnel work virtually, so there was no reason for the company to stop responding to my emails.

Just to end this story, I ended up taking the complaint to PayPal. At that point the company began responding to me through the PayPal portal and no mention of this alleged COVID outbreak was mentioned. Sorry to all businesses, but COVID is no longer a viable excuse for poor quality service. This company is fraudulent as is evident from the numerous other complaints made against them.

The address listed on their website is a "ghost office", basically just an address the company pays for so they can act like they have a legitimate business, but there is no physical office that people work in. They also changed their address on their website recently (I went back to the site to see if they have been shut down yet). They conveniently offer no other method of contact except through their support email address. The phone number they provide doesn't allow you to contact a real person and as mentioned, the address provided isn't an actual office.

It's too bad because I really wanted the jacket I purchased.

They could have had a glowing review if they only just delivered instead of trying to steal my money. In the end, PayPal refunded me.

The only reason I give this company one star is because there's not an option on this review site to give a zero star rating. I placed an order in mid-december and as of mid-March, still no product.

No doubt I was given a phony tracking number. IF the item was ever shipped it's been lost. It takes customer service a week to respond via email. Requested a refund and continue to be given the complete run around.

The positive reviews of satisfied customers and constant notification posts that pop up on their web-site indicating customers are placing orders in real time are fake. Dont be fooled by this ruse. I guess when you scam customers you can afford to have an office in a high rent district of Los Angeles as they claim to have. More than likely this is fake too.

This company is a complete scam. Unless you have money you want to kiss goodbye, stay away!

I ordered from this company on May 12, 2022 and today is June 11, 2022 and still no delivery. I send an email to get updated on the delivery and I get a auto response.

I finally send a request for cancellation due to untimely delivery and no updates. The response was in light of our 12 hour cancellation policy we cannot cancel your order. Now I would completely understand this policy if they had a delivery service that was fast. If your going to take your time delivering a customers order why would you have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

This sound like they are not very concerned about the customer and only the BOTTOM LINE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
