Concrete stain

Had concrete patio professionally prepped. Then followed the four step staining process by Behr, video and all.Two days. It is all coming up now. I wrote the company and talked with some guy who just said.....redo it and we will reimburse you. Wow, I asked what the problem could be. If the original problem is not solved what good it redoing it. I no long suggest the kit to friends and shy them away from Behr. All I wanted was an expert to check it out. Funny part is I do forums for Handymen sites and such. I have reported the problems on a national level.The company is rude and unwilling to help. So unless they resolve the issue I will steer people away.
