Waiting for delivery of purchase almost a month

I have now been chasing them regularly through their contact us link and each time receiving a message from Edgewell supports automated messaging system stating we will get back to you.

This is an absolute disgraceful service. I would like someone to contact me and get this issue resolved or get me my refund if you cannot fulfil the order.
