Bad Mechanics and phony manager
I took my 2008 Lexus in for noise on back rear wheel. The clown at the front counter said my control arms were bad and needed to be replaced.
There was dirt on the rear drum making the noise so they cleared that up. But I asked if the control arms were that bad and I decided to have them replaced. I asked to see the old control arms and they didn't appear worn. Well, after spending $3700.00 to replace the control arms the car made sweaking noises in front and loud cracking noises.
After taking it back three times the manager Ernie was trying to blame me. They cleared the sweeking but, the car had cracking noises when I turned to the right or left. Ernie, the manager was still trying to blame me saying what did I do to the car I decide to take the Lexus to a front end alignment shop and they found bolts in the front end that were not tightened.
I took my car back and told Ernie what they found and told him I'm never coming back. I walked out and Ernie is begging for my business.
Do not take your car here.
