Horrible service and communication

Ordered prescription Wiley X sunglasses and they messed up three times: twice with the lenses and finally with the wrong frames....Will never deal with them again. They never send emails confirming or updating status and their on-line order tracking did not work. They tried each time to coax me to continue the order with shipping discounts but when they finally sent final shipping order, I caught the frame mistake...poor quality control. Suggest buyers look at other on-line services or go directly to a local optician and give them the business. Good luck to all in the future
