I spent 36 years in customer service this company is just lip service spending all its time blaming issues on the end user avoid spending money with them they will find ways to cheat you

Here is the corrected version of the text:

I have zero confidence in them being a real person. I was double billed; they blamed both me and Apple Ipay, explaining that there was no way to refund me for being billed twice.

Then I had issues with the game play again; they blamed me or my internet provider.

Then they didn't actually reward me for stuff I earned; and yes, strike three- it must be my fault again. Bottom line, they live by the motto 'buyer beware.' So, I'm just trying to warn potential buyers.

Preferred solution: Absolutely nothing they had three chances to at least provide lousy customer service but they ignored me

User's recommendation: Don’t download the game and if you do please don’t pay anything they will rip you off
